 Today the culture concept extends to the popular culture, to the industrial culture of mass, the culture in the every day life. The culture is considered a motive power for the society, a cohesion and dialogue, vitality, creativity factor. Therefore the culture is the key in order to really enter, to full authority, in the total Information Society where the dialogue to realize must find the humus adequate in several woven the social ones for being harmonic and to allow the EU to answer to the challenges of XXI the century. In this way, the aim of the Project is to integrate and strengthen the national actions in respect of the diversity and to promote the progression of the citizens towards one Cognitive Society, implementing the new technologies of the communication in the instruction and the lifelong learning. All that through the dissemination of the alimentary habits - from Northern Europe to the Mediterranean Basin Countries, to Eastern Europe - in order to characterize the usable criteria of one correct feeding in all the involved Countries. Main goal really attainable to all the age bands only through the most powerful instrument of Internet that, in the Cognitive Society, becomes an innovative writing desk for pupils, teachers, makers and families

That will come realized implementing an Internet Site - shared system of formation-information - that, through a rich database of products and typical plates present in the several cultures of the involved Countries, will constitute winning and a familiar stimulus to the dialogue, the argument and the acquaintance during the days of the Netd@ys. In these days, in fact, it will be possible to talk on line with experts, families and students of several Countries exchanging - through the Web – opinions and experiences, documents and materials, and realizing a test on line. This Site one will be, therefore, a node of a cluster of Sites between which MinoLa (http://www.stoa.it/minola) - the Comenius Project Action 1 " Minority Languages " - that voluntaristic experimentation of shared writing desk sees involved the same teachers already participants to the Netd@ys in one on-line draft from the paper plan.

The offered possibility to converse with partners endowed of various horizons and the vocation to open themselves to new acquaintances will concur with the participants in a full immersion in the cultural roots of the other Countries, savouring various habits and customs that, in any case, will strengthen the connotation of European citizenship at the aim of:
