Ingredients:
4 char
2 oz (60g) flour
2 oz (60g) of butter
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
1) Clean the char
2) Sieve flour salt and pepper into a bowl
3) Roll fish in seasons flour to coat
4) Heat butter in a frying plan
5) Add fish, cook on moderate heat for 5 minutes on both sides until well
browned
Garnish with lemon
