Ingredients:

600 g potatoes
300 g flour
250-300 g sheep cheese
80-100 g bacon
salt
chive                                                                     

             

Peeled potatoes grate, add flour and water. Then make a pliable dough. Leave to dry for a short time. Dough cut into small pieces, which drop into a pan of salted and boiled water. Cook them for 8-12 minutes. Remove carefully, sieve with cold water. Mix with sheep cheese, cream and small pieces fryed bacon and small pieces of boiled potatoes. Serve with chive and small pieces of fryed bacon on the top.
