Ingredients:
4 Big potatoes and
1 Onion
1 Package of potato-garlic mix
400 grams of sausage
1 Jar (100 g) Crème Bonjour- pepper cheese
Wiff of salt
Olive oil
Share the potato-garlic mix in four buttered pieces of folio . If you use raw potatoes, peal and cut them into thin slices. Do the same with the onions. Put in a whiff of salt and put a tea spoon of Crème Bonjour- pepper cheese on the potatoes. Cut and peal the sausages and put the slices on the potatoes. Close the folio carefully into a package. Let it roast in the oven in 225 degrees Celsius for 15 min. If you use raw potatoes, they will require a good 30 min to roast. Serve with fresh tomatoes and mustard cucumber relish.
