Ingredients:
1 bottle pickled herring (about 400g)
or some fillets
Sauce:
1 bottle sour cream
1 bottle creme fraiche
1 tube light mayonnaise
1-3 tablespoons curry
1/2dl sugar
1 sourish green apple
Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Mix together the ingredients into the sauce.
Try to get a suitable currytaste - different sorts have different hotness. Cut the herring into forkpieces and mix them and
the apple pieces in the sauce. Let it stay a moment before serving.
