El
objetivo del proyecto es integrar y fortalecer las acciones nacionales con
respecto a la diversidad y promover el progreso de los ciudadanos hacía
una Sociedad Cognitiva, implementando las nuevas tecnologías de la
comunicación en la educación y en el proceso de aprendizaje. Y todo ello
a través de la diseminación de los hábitos alimentarios - desde el Norte
de Europa hasta los países de la Cuenca Mediterránea y del Este de
Europa - con la intención de caracterizar los criterios utilizables
de una correcta alimentación en todos los países mencionados. Objetivo
primordial realmente asequible para todos los segmentos de edad tan
sólo a través de un instrumento tan poderoso como Internet que, en la
Sociedad Cognitiva, se convierte en un medio escrito innovador para
alumnos, profesores, formadores y familias. |
