Prepare a smple sponge-cake dough.

For the filling:
200 g cow cheese mixed with 2 spoonfuls of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 spoonful of flour, 1 spoonful of cream, salt and flavours

Preparate the dough into three parts and stretch them into sheets. Then cut them into square with a 15 cm sides. Put the fillings in each of the squares, stick the corners, pressing with the fingers, without letting the filling go out. Put them on a griddle and let them grow in a warm place. Put some mixed egg on them and bake them at a medium heat
Serve them hot and powdered with vanilla sugar.
