Prepare a sponge cake dough. Cut from this dough pieces which have to be stretched in rolls as thin as the small finger. You pick two rolls and wind them and then unite the heads and twist again to form an eight. Put them on a griddle and let them grow a little. Grease them with egg an bake them at a medium heat. After you take them out of the oven sprinkle some honey and pieces of nuts on top of them.
