A little girl and her mother lived in a dark wood. The girl´s
name was Little Red Riding Hood, because she always wore a red cap and a red
skirt. She was very beautiful.
Once her grandmother became ill and girl´s mother said: „Darling, bake a cake
and go to see grandma“. The girl took a handbasket and put the cake, wine and
fruits into it and picked up beautiful flowers. And she went through the wood
and sang merrily.
In the forest she met a tricky wolf. The wolf said: „Where are you going now?“
The girl replied :“ I´m going to visit my grandmother, she is ill.“ The wolf
elicited where her grandma lived and outstripped the girl.
When she went to grandma, instead of grandma on bed there was the wolf which ate
grandma and wore her clothes. She asked him :„Why have you such big eyes, big
ears and a big mouth?“ The wolf answered: “To eat you!“ and he swallowed the
little girl and fell asleep.
Along the grandmother´s cottage a hunter went and heard a loud snoring. He went
into the cottage and saw the wolf lying on the bed. He cut his stomach up and
saved the Little Red Riding Hood and her grandma. They put stones into the wolf’s
stomach and sewed it up.
When the wolf woke up, he felt thirsty and he went to a well. He bent over to
drink and fell down. Everybody was happy and they arranged the banquet.
