Reindeer roast (Low fat)

 

 

Ingredients / 100 g:
96.0g Reindeer meat
30.3g Water
7.3g Pork
5.0g Bacon
4.4g Butter
0.7g Salt

1. Cut the reindeer meat in thin slices.
2. Roast bacon,and a little melted
reindeer’s meat in butter.
3. Add water and salt.
4. Boil until tender.
5. Eat with mashed potatoes and
lingonberryjam, spice with pepper 
and onion if you like.
