Das Ziel des Projektes ist es, die nationalen Aktivitäten,
unter Berücksichtigung der Vielfalt, zu vereinen und zu verstärken und
den Fortschritt der Staatsbürger zu einer Lerngesellschaft, unter
Einbeziehung der Neuen Kommunikationstechnologien in den Unterricht und
das lebenslange Lernen, voranzutreiben. All dies durch die
Auseinandersetzung mit den Eßgewohnheiten - von Nord Europa bis zu den
Mittelmeerstaaten, bis Ost Europa - wobei die brauchbaren Kriterien für
eine richtige Ernährung in allen eingebundenen Ländern charakterisiert
werden sollen. Dieses Hauptziel ist für alle eingebundenen Altersgruppen
nur durch das besonders erfolgreiche Instrument des Internet, welches in
der Lerngesellschaft ein innovativer Schreibtisch für Schüler, Lehrer,
Unternehmer und Familien geworden ist, erreichbar. |
