Backstage

The mothers of our canteen start with the shopping as early as in the morning. They pay attention to special offers so that the meals can be offered at the lowest possible price.
As early as days before they actually go shopping they compare prices on leaflets.


Hours before the lunch-break the food is prepared. Eggs must be cooked and the counter must be prepared. The area in front of the counter is still empty.		When lunch has been finished everything has to be tidied up, of course. A dishwasher helps us with the dirty plates.
