The Crow and the Fox
Back Up Next

The Crow and the FoxOnce upon a time a young Crow sat on an oak branch and kept a piece of cheese in her bill. During this nice time there was a wily Fox in the forest not far from the tree. When the Fox saw the Crow with the cheese in her bill, she took the way to her. And she wanted to make a plan how to get the cheese. So she started thinking...
After a long time and endeavour she found the way how to fool the Crow. Before she found this plan, she had tried many different things, but without any success. So she decided to make a trick. She sweet-talked about her voice and wanted to hear it. The Crow was very naive and believed her. So the Crow after all opened the bill and sang. The Fox laughed at her, caught the piece of cheese and ran away.
