Do you know Bulgarian “sarmi”
They are something great for me.
All you need is oil and rise,
adding garlic powder would be nice.
You must have some onion and salt,
and you should have vine leaves in hold.
Then in the hot boiling oil
are added the onion and the rice to boil.
If you want tomato sauce
add it to the mix of course.
Then you formit into balls,
put it in the leaf and roll.
Pleace them in the baking –till,
you can arrange them if you wish.
Put a plate on top of them ,
and pour with water then.
Place them on the fire low
and leave them for an hour to go .
That`s the way we make “sarmi”
They are tasty – you will see!
