To Eat Healthy - What Does It Mean?Bulgarian people enjoy eating. They eat almost everything and everywhere. The worst thing results in eating habits, which together with stress and little activity bring with them obesity an diseases. The best way to prevent all this is a healthy way of life and eating. Nowadays to be fat is neither beautiful, nor healthy. There are lots of ways to lose weight-exercises, plasticsurgery, medicines, etc, but after all the best and most pleasant way is to eat in a right manner, i.e. to observe three of the most important eating laws: eat everything, eat often and eat good prepared food. First and very important is to take every kind of food in reasonable limits. It’s not right to eat only fruit and vegetables, because meat and milk also provide lots of the needed energy. We shouldn’t eat much more of something and nothing of other, because the different parts of our organism need different kinds of vitamins and substances. But there is something else, which very few people know. During one meal it’s not good to mix different products. For example, when you eat potatoes you should eat nothing else-neither bread, nor meat, nor even spices. It’s a fact: when you don’t mix lots of kinds of food, it’s easier for your body to digest them. The second thing that everyone should remember is: you’d better eat often in less amounts, than rarely in big amounts. Why? Because less amounts are easier to be digested .On the other hand if they are in bigger quantuty even the fruit and vegetables are hard to be digested. And this is yet another example that you should eat reasonably. Last but not least you should know that to eat healthy means to think for this even before sitting at the table, i.e. to prepare the food in a right way. The healthiest meal is the boiled one. The baked is not so bad and not so right-the golden middle. The fried food is the worst you can eat-full of fats and oil. How awful, ah? For fruit and vegetables is best to take them fresh and clean. So people eat (in a reasonable way, of course). Eat to be healthy, eat to be beautiful, eat to live longer. And do not forget: to eat enough doesn’t mean to eat a lot. So when you are at the table, think with your head, not with your…stomach.
