Everyone loves eating- both people and animals. Of course, between us there are many differences and one of them is our alimentary canal. Each kind of animal has its own, specific alimentary tract - for plants, for meat, for fruit etc.. I am not going to explain what the human canal is, but there is one certain thing- it’s not a mixture of all the others. In the same time people eat everything, simultaneously. And that is when the problems start.
Haven’t you always eaten meat with potatoes? Fish with rice? Chicken with noodles?Eggs with toasts?You may not believe it but this is a very bad combination. Not only that you get these hateful, superfluous kilograms, but you also lose too much precious energy, that can be used for more important things.
What’s the reason for all this? All foods, except fruit and vegetables, are concentrated. Our stomach cannot digest completely more than one concentrated food at a meal.It must dissociate more gastric juices, which is very hard and takes a lot of time. And after all not everything is fully assimilated, and it remains as surplus and poison for our organism. That’s why people are tired and feel lack of energy after eating.
Where is the solution? You want to have a nice, fresh steak.Usually you eat it with fried potatoes, rice, cheese and bread, which is a really serious mistake.You can say:” Yes,but the potato is a vegetable, isn’t it?” That’s right, but only when it’s in raw condition. After some kind of treatment(frying, baking etc.) it loses part of its mater and turns into a concentrated food.What can you do? To eat only the steak? It’s not delicious at all!? There is only one way-eat some vegetables- cabbage, marrows or something else. It depends on your own taste.
Now you want baked potatoes. Wonderful! Dress them with some vegetables and a salad. You want meat- eat it with vegetables and a salad. You want cheese-spinkle it over the salad. Only in this way you and your organism will be pleased. You will be satisfied and thin.
The best thing here is that you lose weight and this happens absolutely naturally, without any effort.You can eat your favorite dishes, without worrying, that you won’t be able to wear your favorite clothes.

And you must remember one main thing-it’s not so important what you eat, but when and how .
