Feeding must be considered as the fundamental element for the health of an
individual. How much over was conviction of Ippocrate di Cos (460-370 BC)
and  later of Epicuro di Samo (341- 270 BC), the first one rendered account
of how  much the health depended in a fundamental way on the brain
regulator of the  stimulus of hunger and of satiety, while the second,
saying "man is he who eat", began to think that the atoms and their
aggregations, of which the human being is composed, are responsible for the
dynamics of life.

Such ancient premised they make us to intuite like today, beginning from
such  cognitive sources, we are joints to think that a living system is
similar to a  biochemical reactor regulated by two types of energy, one
extracted from the  aliments and one relative to the information system.
