Ingredients:
4 oz (115g) Cheshire or Cheddar cheese
half oz (15g) of butter
3 tablespoons of milk
half a teaspoon of mustard
pepper & salt
4 large slices of buttered toast

Instructions:
1) Cut the cheese into small pieces
2) Melt butter in a saucepan, add in the milk and stir
3) Add in the cheese, and melt
4) Add in the mustard, and season with salt and pepper, cook over a low heat until mixture thickens
5) Pour over hot well buttered toast and serve immediately
