UbrnenikIngredients:

400 g strong wheat, maize or buckwheat flour
fat or oil for frying
250 ml cream
400 ml milk
salt


Fry the flour in a large saucepan. Boil the milk and cream in a separate pan and salt them. Then pour this over the flour and stir rapidly. Model small balls from the mixture. Serve with white coffee, milk or sour milk. It can also be eaten cold.
Ubrnenik made with sour cream and cottage cheese has a slighty sour taste.
