Wash the beans and put it to boil in cold water. After the
first bubbling, drain the water and replace it with hot water. When the beans is
almost boiled, add a hashed onion and thin slices of chop fryed apart in grease.
Boil all this further. Roast a teaspoonful flour in grease, add some water from
the first boiling of the beans and put all this in the soup. |
