Mosaie salame “toba”

Ingredients:
• porc tongue (peeled)
• porc ears (well washed)
• liver
• sirloin (fillet)
• meat from the throat
• lard
• pepper
• 1porc stomach

Wash very well all the sorts of meat and set them to boil in a covered pot. Add salt and pepper (beans).
Separately, wash and clean carefully the porc stomach. Fill it up with the boiled meat, cut in thin slice. Add also some of the water in which the meat has boiled. Sew the opining in the stomach (by were you have introduced the meat). Let it to boil another 30 minutes in the some wather, then pull it out set it between two platters in a cool and fresh place.
