Ingredients:
1 red beet
some vinegar
salt
2 horse radish
some oil.

Wash the red beet and put it in the hot oven to bake. When it’s baked enough , grate it on the big holes rasp. At the same time wash and grate the ref radish , too. Mix the red beet with the horse radish and combine them with some vinegar , some oil and salt.
