Ingredients:
700 grams Potatoes
five eggs
80 grams cheese
200 ml cream
100 ml oil
2 grams baking soda
a bundle of dill
salt and pepper according with the taste
Peel and wash the potatoes, grate them through the big whole,
and then mix them with the eggs, baking soda, the hashed dill, two spoons with
cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix up everything well and then in a
frying pan with hot oil put spoon after spoon from the composition. Fry well the
rolls obtained on both sides until they are done.
Serve them as a snack, with cream and hashed dill above.
