Meat Rolls in CabbageIngredients: Wash the cabbages and
keep them in water so that they loose their salt. Mince the meat, the onion (and
temper it for a few minutes). Put half of the rice prepared to boile. After
that, mix up the meat, the onion, the rice, the salt, the pepper and 3-4 spoons
of water. Cut the cabbage leaves so that the rolls would be small. Put the
savory and the daphne leaves in a pot. Add also the rolls and on top of them and
on the top of them, put the smoke-lard and after a few bubblings put the pot
with the rolls in the oven. When the water is evaporated, replace it whit
tomatoes juice.
