Moldavian bortsch

Ingredients:
1 kg of beef
a root of parsley
a carrot ,2 onions
a quarter of a small white cabbage
a piece of red beet
4-5 potatoes
some dill and green parsley
2 mild peppers
3-4 tomatoes
a spoon of cream
1 l of bortsch and salt.
 

Cut the beef in small pieces and put it to boil in cold water. Take away the foam, then add the vegetables cut in small pieces, cover the spot and let it boil on a small fire. When the beef is boiled enough, add tomatoes without peel, fine hashed and the bortsh which had already been boiled. Let it boil for another 3-4 minutes. When the sor soup got colder, add the cream and some green fine hashed.
