Ingredients:
300 g of celeriac
300 g of apples
300 g of mayonnaise
a cup of cream and half of a lemon.
Wash the celeriac and the apples and grape them on the big
holes rasp. Put, to your taste, some lemon juice and salt it. Put the mayonnaise
only when you bring the salad to table.
