Boiled Cream Cheese Dumpling

Mix 250 g cream cheese with 3-4 spoonful semolina, 2 eggs, a spoonful sugar, the skin peel grated of a lemon and some salt. Take pieces of this dough, with your hand wet, round and roll them through flour. Flat them and make with the fourth finger a little pit in the middle. Put them to boil in hot water with salt.When they raise above the water, take them with a spoot and drain them well. You can help them to dish with cream and powered with sugar.
