This is an ancient latvian food, which is popular
today, too. Put sauercraut in a saucepan, pour a necessary amount of
water and boil until it is half-ready. Than add chopped pork, fried culinary
roots, tomato mash, a little salt and boil until sauerkraut and meet are soft.
After that add heated up, diluted wheat flour and boil. Add some sour cream and
chopped greens before severing.
