Ingredients:
500g rye bread
5l water
50g sugar
400g honeys
15g yeast

Slice some bread and toast it brown. Pour it with hot water. After some hours filter it, add sugar, one part of honey and yeast. Put it in the warm place and ferment. At the end add the rest of honey.
