the wild mushrooms we gather in Granny’s mushroom field - Barry
WARNING:
Some mushrooms are poisonous – Always check with an Adult!
Ingredients:
8 flat mushrooms
110g or 4 oz of chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 egg yoke
1-2 tablespoon of cream
1-2 tablespoons of chopped chives
1-2 chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper
Method:
Severs approx. 8. Mix all ingredients together.
Fill into flat mushrooms. speared with sauce and top with cheese and crumbs
mixed. Cook 15 minutes at 200˚C or 400˚F. the tops should be lightly browned.
Coating:
55g or 2 oz of buttered crumbs
120 ml or 4 fl oz of white sauce
30g approx. or 1 oz approx. of grated cheese
