Ingredients:

fat
100g bacon, chopped
350g onions
450g small potatoes
600ml stock
Salt and pepper
Method
of cooking:
Melt the fat and fry the chopped bacon and onions in it and cook until the
onions are golden brown. Meanwhile peel the potatoes and add to the onions and
bacon along with the stock. Season, cover and simmer until the potatoes are
tender. (Serves 3 - 4 people)
