Baked Ham from Grange

I like the way my mother cooks the ham.

She boils it first and she removes the rind. She cuts out the fat in diamond shape and sticks cloves all over the outside.
She blends brown sugar and orange juice. She pours it all over the ham. She puts it in the oven at 190º until top is caramelized and then the ham is baked.
