Ingredients:

1 package of sausages

Daugh

1,5 dl water or milk
15g (1/4 package) ferment
1 spoon oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 dl wheat flour 

Dissolve the ferment into warm water or milk. Mix among the salt, the oil and the flour. Knead the daugh smooth. Let it swell in a warm place. Fell the daugh on the baking paper and split it in 10 pieses. Roll out the pieses to round plates, and then roll them around the sausages. Let the roles swell for another 10 minutes. The sausage roles will be ready in 225 degrees in 10 minutes.
