Ingredients:

1 kilo of grainflour
1 cup wheatflour 
1 tsp salt
water (check instructions)


Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them with your hand.Then pour in the water,approximately 5 dl at first.Add more if needed until the dough becomes sticky.Divide the dough into six pieces.Roll out each piece into a thin circle.Press a knife slightly so that the stripes form squares.Pick holes with a fork in the bread.Bake them for 10 minutes in a hot oven.(300C)
