Ingredients:
600g potatoes
150g coldsmoked reindeer
1 little onion
1/2 leek
1tbl green pepper
1tbl thyme
3-4dl whipped cream
Wash,
peel and cut the potatoes into strips/shreds.If you like you can also use
ready potatoshreds. Cut the smoked reindeer into shreds, cut the onion into small pieces and cut
the leek into slices.
Put the potatoes, reindeer, onion and the spice in layers into a well greased ovenproof dish.If you want to you can also add fresh or dried and soaked chanterelles.Finally pour the cream into the dish.Cook in 175-200 degrees in the oven for about 45
minutes.
Serve with green sallad and fresh bread.
