Ingredients:
2 l water
2 ½ dl dried green peas
750 g smoked porkmeat with bones
1 tbsp salt
Instructions:
Put the peas to soak over night. Pour out the soakwater. Boil the peas in
salted water and the entire piece of meat at low heat for at least two hours.
Take the meat and cut it into cubes. To make the soup a little different you can
add cubed pieces of carrot. Serve the soup with mustard.
