Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. wheatflour
2 dl. water
1 stockcube
1 tsp. foodcream
3-4 summer onions with stalks
1 tsp. herbal salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1-2 dl. melted cheese flavoured with green pepper
Instructions:
Melt the butter and add the flour without browning. Add the water and the
stockcube. Blend the sauce smooth and boil for five minutes. Add the cream. Chop
onions with stalks and blend them in. Boil and taste. You may in addition spice
the sauce with the melted cheese if you want, or finally add a hundred grams of
chopped ham or German sausage.
