Ingredients:
2 kg foreparts back of beef
3 liter water
Salt
6 allspice grains
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tbsp. fine cut parsley
Lump 1:
3 potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. golden breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt
2 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 dl wheatflour
The meat is rinsed in cold water, cut into smaller pieces and put into cold
water. Let it come to the boil, foam well and salt. After one hour boiling the
pepper, parsley, carrot and the onion are added. When the meat is tender you
take it up. The soup is strained.
Lump 1:
The potatoes are boiled, peeled and mashed. Mix in the other ingredients. Take
with spoon small lumps and boil them a few minutes in the meat soup.
