Mead
Back Up

Ingredients:
4l water
¼ cup of hops
250g sugar or ½ bottle of beer
250g brown sugar
1/8 tsp yeast
½ lemon raisins
sugar

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Cut the lemon into slices and remove the seeds. Pour the boiling water over the slices of lemon and hops, which have been rinsed in hot water. When the mixture has cooled down, mix in the yeast, which has been dissolved in a little bit of lukewarm water, and the mead may ferment till the next day. Then it will be strained and drawn off into bottles. You can put some raisins and sugar in every bottle.
