Ingredients:
100g butter
1dl granular flour
1dl wheat flour
4dl clear soup
2 eggs
¼ tsp cardamom
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp ginger
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and insert the flour while mixing. Pour
into the soup in small quantities at a time. Keep mixing all the time. Let the
mixture boil at a low temperature for about 10 min. Let it cool and add the eggs
and spices into the cool mixture. Form walnut sized lumps of the dough and boil
them in clearsoup or meatsoup. The lumps are done when they start rising to the
surface.
