Ingredients:
1 egg
1dl raisins
1 ½ dl wheat flour
a whiff of ginger
a whiff of white pepper, salt
Instructions:
Stir all the ingredients into a pliable dough. Make a testboil – if the
lump falls into pieces, stir in a bit more flour. Form lumps, sized as walnuts,
with two spoons and drop them into boiling clear soup or meat soup. If the soup
boils too much there is a risk that the lumps will fall apart. The lumps are
ready when they rise to the surface.
