Lappish reindeer salad

Ingredients:
(4 portions)
a half of iceberg lettuce
1 pot of rucola lettuce
2 tomatoes
10 cm cucumber
c. 200g breadcheese
100g coldsmoked reindeer meat in slices
1/2dl lingonberries
 

Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp whitewine vinegar with rosemary and lavendel
1tsp liquid honey
some salt
some pepper (black)
 

Instructions:
Rinse the lettuce and let them dry off. Rip it and put it on the bottom of a big,flat plate.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and cut the cucumber and breadcheese into cubes.
Put the cubes on the saladbed. Half the reindeer slices, roll them and put them on the top of the salad. Decorate with lingonberries. Mix oil, vinegar, honey and the spices and pour the sauce over the salad.
