Ingredients:
1 ¼ - 1 ½ kg meat
(beef, pork, lamb)
1l water
1 tablespoon salt
8 allspice

Cut
the meat in cubes and put it in a dish. Pour the boiling water on the meat
and add salt and allspice.

Put
the dish in the oven (175’c) for 3 hours.

Serve
with potatoes, baked potatoes or mashed potatoes.
