Dough:

100g margarine
2 1/2 dl flour
1tbs pizzaspices
1/2 tbs baking powder
1/2 water

Filling:

75g bacon
2 grated carrots
1 onion
1paprika
a pice of broccoli
2 eggs
1dl milk
1dl French cream
2dl grated cheese
1/2 fresh chopped basil
2tbs dried estragon
1/2 tbs salt
1/2 white pepper

Pinch grease, flour, pizza spices and baking powder together. Add cold water and stir the dough until smooth. Grease an ovenproof form and press the dough at the bottom of the form and up on the edges. Bake in a 225C for 10 minutes. Cut the bacons in slices and fry them in a frying pan. Add the fine cut vegetables and flavour the mix with herbs and syrup. Then mix the eggs, the milk, the French cream, grated cheese and the white pepper together in a separate bowl. Spread out the vegetable-mix on top of the pre -baked dough bottom and add the egg-and milk mix on top of the whole pie. Bake the pie in a 200C hot oven for about 30 minutes.
