Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 l wheatflour, almost (450 g)
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoon baking soda
0,5 l milk
For cooking: deep fat
Instructions:
Egg and sugar are whipped up with,milk. Put together and then wheatflour
mixed with baking soda. Deep fat is heataed up and the mixture is passed through
the funnel backwards and forwards so that a non- penetrating cake is ready.
When the fritter is yellow-brown underneath, it is turned over and when it is
ready baked it is hung up and sugar can be sprinkled on.
