Elkmeatballs

Ingredients (4 portions):

4 potatoes
400g minced elkmeat
100g minced pork
2 boiled potatoes
3dl cream
1 egg
1 Spoon chopped onion
salt and whitepepper

 

Mash the potatoes and mix it up with cream. Add the other ingredients. Form small meatballs and fry them in butter. Serve with gravy or use the gravy as sauce. Often serve with boiled potatoes and white cabbage with lingonberry or grated carrots with lingonberry
