Ingredients:

2.yolks of (an)egg
1dl.sugar
4dl.whipping cream
3dl.mashed berries

to exe.strawberries
raspberries
cloudberries
cowberries or redcurrant.

(2-3 tablespoons fresh mintleaves)
for decoration:berries,mintleaves

Recipe
1.Beat egg yolks and sugar. Stir yolks of egg,mashed berries ,ground herbs and whipped cream.

2.Pour parfaitmixing (with cold water)in to a rinsed cake dish. Cover cake dish with a lidor or with foil and put in a deepfreezer. Let freeze 4-5 hour.

3.Wet the edges of the bakingtin with warm water and turn over the parfait to a cake dish. Decorate with berries and mintleaves.
