Vanilla rolls

Ingredients:
250g flour
100g hazelnuts
60g icing sugar
180g butter
2 egg yolks
icing sugar and vanilla sugar for breading

Instructions:
Sift flour on rolling board, add sugar and grated sifted nuts. Knead butter, add egg yolks and treat dough.
Mature it in cold place.
Divide dough into portions, roll it out on cylinders. and make rolls.
Bake them in a dry baking tray.
Bread hot rolls in vanilla sugar.

Cooking time: 60 min
