Ingredients:
600-700
g beef sirloin
200 g root vegetables
1 onion
50 g bacon
50 g butter
1/4 l cream
1 table spoon flour
black or white pepper
all spice
bay leaf
thyme
salt
Instructions:
1. Fry the cut vegetables on butter in the pan (later add cut onion)
2. Roast the meat from each side on the vegetables
3. Baste meat with hot water, spice it up, then roast it in the oven, ( baste it
occasionally with water)
4. Take out tender meat from the oven, fry it and baste it with water
5. Thicken gravy with flour and add the cream
6. Cook it for a while

Ingredients:
500 g flour
1 yolk
1/4 - 3/8 l milk
200 g rolls
1 piece (big as a pea) yeast
salt
Instructions:
1. Put the flour to the bowl and crumble the yeast to the flour.
2. Twirl the yolk, add the salt to it and pour the flour.
3. Work up the dough, until it’s lustrous, making blisters, which are bursting
and it doesn’t stick on the stirrer.
4. Put little flour on the dough, cover it with a towel and leave it.
5. 1 hour later meddle it with rolls, which are minced (can be fried).
6. Put it to the boiling, salt water and boil it for 10 minutes.
7. Cut it hot with a thread into thin slices.
