Ingredients:
100 g
potatoes
100 g celery
100 g carrot
100 g parsley
50 g preserved peas
1 onion
2 preserved sweet and sour cucumbers
1 bigger apple
100 g mayonnaise
salt
sugar
3 spoons of oil
1 tea spoonful of worchester sauce
1 tea spoonful vinegar
Instructions:
1.Clean and wash potatoes and vegetable and cook it separately to soft.
2. Peel cold potatoes, dice it into cubes and add peas and other tinily jointed
vegetable and add an apple.
3. Mix it all, salt it, pour the salad over with oil, worchester sauce, vinegar
water season and sugar. Mix it all and softly put together with mayonnaise.
4.Leave salad to mature in a cold place for two hours.
